Description of Work: Bought a free standing stove and vented exhaust fan/hood. Important note this free standing stove replaced a slide in. Delivery was on time and the installer was right behind delivery. For my purposes timing is important. Everything went well. delivery folks put the new in the kitchen close by and removed packaging as well as old stove and exhaust fan/hood. Installer made appropriate cuts and slid in the replacement, put the hood in having to replace the exhaust pipe. All work was finished so as to never know it was a replacement. VERY professional.

+ -1 moreI bought a washer / dryer from this company in 2005 along with an extended service agreement. My dryer had a knocking noise when on. Their tech, Melvin Johnson came out and repaired it in a very short amount of time, explained the situation and cleaned up after the work was done. Melvin represented the company very well. Iould strongly recommend their services to anyone. The salesman , Jimmy Chance and the owner, Roger LeBlanc will do whatever it takes to get your business and make you feel appreciated.

Description of Work: bought a Sony DVD/Sound system and Sony Bravia TV in Dec. 2008. For some reason my dvd/sound system would not play dvd's however I could do reg. TV sound...etc. They worked on it w/ NO quesitons ask the 1st time. Had to take it back again, and again....NO questions ask...they just gave me a new system!
