Description of Work: I called ACI and asked if I could speak to someone about getting a septic system repaired. I was curtly told to call Kirk, given a phone number, and dismissed. I called Kirk and described the problem. He was disappointed that he couldn't pump out a tank but stated that he was very busy and would contact me in a day or two. I gave him my address and contact information but didn't hear from him again until 2 -3 weeks later. He again said that he would be out in a day or two. That was a month ago and I have never seen or heard from him. I guess they don't need my business.
