They replaced our roof with upgraded materials. They were prompt, efficient, tidy and very professional. The roof makes our home look new.

Hal did a great job of helping us to pick a roof color. They fit our job in between some of their bigger roofing jobs and completed our roof in ONE DAY! They custom made our spark arrestor and came back and installed it. They went above and beyond what we expected. Hopefully we will not need a roof for many years, but I would use WadeCo again and would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

They did a good job, very professional. They came out and looked at it. They took care of it and it worked, it doesn't leak anymore.

The repair was done the same day I called. It was a small job and didn't take long. Michael worked very efficiently, and cleaned up completely after the work. He was very courtious, and when done you could not tell that a patch had been done. This was great, as it is in the front of the house, and could be very noticable. I have used WadeCo twice before with the same type of repair, and will certainly use them again.

He left a hardbound booklet of all the shingle samples.He sent me paperwork. He gave me an area shot of my roofing and my property. He did a reference diagram with every section of my roof with measurements. It was very impressive. He was incredible. He also gave me a description of the different types of shingles. He gave a roof replacement contract, proposal and price quote. He did a lot of work on this estimate. He went out of his way, I can't specify enough how courteous this young man was to me. He was very professional.

Date was chosen about 8 weeks in advance, shingle samples delivered and selected beforehand. They arrived promptly on the agreed date, estimated it would take 2 days. On afternoon of second day, the project was completed, and they left the property in great condition. A few nails were later found around the house perimeter, but mostly came from the gutter after a few rains. No complaints about the workmanship or experience. They were a professional crew and did a good job; house looks great! The overall price was very close to the original estimate, and also similar to the estimate of another roofing contractor who did not seem quite as professional or as experienced. I have no regrets.

They are very professional and on time. So far it has been a really, really good experience. The guy came over and he had pictures of the house and he was very thorough. He had detailed bids. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They did what they said they were going to do. So far it has been really good. I got one other bid and it was a couple thousand more. The price is fair.

The price was reasonable. I was happy with them and I would use them again.

I had a leak somewhere on my roof, the water was dripping from a bedroom ceiling in several spots. I called WadeCo in the afternoon, they sent a man out ater in the day who went into the attic, found the leak and told me what had to be done. I got a written estimate the next day. When the rain stopped, 3 men came out and did the repairs in under 2 hours. They were here promptly and were friendly and courteous. The company communicated verywell with me as to their schedule. I propmtly paid their bill and a few days later recived a written thank you note from them for my business. Could not have been more satisfied.

They never came out to give an estimate and never bothered to call me back evne after my second attempt at getting them out to put in gutters.

They did a great job on the gutter repair. The brackets that some of the gutter companies use are not strong enough for oversize gutters. I have a fairly large house and the gutters are a little bit bigger than standard size. The brackets that were holding them before were beginning to break. When they get full of water it gets heavy and puts a lot of pressure on the gutters. This company noticed this right away and put in stronger brackets. I appreciated this, that way there will be less maintenance.

I thought it was fine until I called to have them call out again. It had rained and there was a leak I wanted them for fix. I called them twice and we never got a response.

Our home was built in 2000 under a builder who we trusted to hire the most reputable subs. We chose to install an architectural grade 30 year roof at that time. From the day we moved in,we had problems and never had all the shingles on our roof at one time over the span of the past 12 years. After repeated attempts by our builder to get the initial contractor back to fix the problems, I personally had to find and pay various smaller roofers over the years to patch the roof. Every roofer diagnosed the same problem, the roof was installed wrong. After 12 years of repeated calls, various roofers, money wasted, and not to mention a horrible patch look to our home, we made the decision to change the roof. Our architect suggested Wadco for an estimate. Unknowingly to us at the time, I called and discussed the situation with their salesman. I described what was going on and he too agreed that our roof was installed wrong from the beginning. He too asked who had done our initial installation, I told him I didn't know. Curiously, I went back to find our old receipts and discovered that we paid Wadco for the job. When I confronted the salesman, he initially denied Wadco did the job. He had to admit fault finally when he discovered they were paid by our contractor. He told me after investigation that at the time of our construction, they were too busy to do the job and instead hired a third party roofer to install it for them. They were apologetic and told us they would make it right. Their bid came in much higher than others and even with the "good faith" discount they wanted to give us, the bids were very close. They never followed up after they sent us their estimate either. We were very disappointed with their performance in the past and their attempt to make things right.

They charged what I thought was fair and they did an awesome job. They are just fabulous. The crew was in and out of there in a day and half, they cleaned up so you couldn't even tell they were there. They worked around the chimney and did an awesome job. I recommend them.

Company personnel were courteous and efficient. The repair was competed within a week at a reasonable price.

They did a great job, and everything was positive. The roof is holding up fine. I got their name through Angie’s List. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Everything went as expected. I don't think they can improve on this. They re on the top of our list from now on.

Good. Came out . looked at roof, told us what had to be done, set a date to do work , came out and did work as scheduled.

I called on a monday(3/21/11) for a minor roof repair and the job was done by noon wednesday(3/23/11). They replaced wind damaged shingles for $125(1 bundle plus labor). Very courteous and professional, they arrived at the appointed times(3/22 for the estimate; 3/23 for the repair). They billed me by mailed invoice, so I didn't need to be home for the repair; very convenient(repair on the roof only, didn't need house access). I will definently use this company again.

Very professional company that educated my husband and I on different components of our roof and how to spot "shady" companies. The job was supposed to take 3 days but with the rain in the area it stretched into 5 which wasn't a problem at all! Everytime the rain stopped the crew was promptly back at work. They took an unbelieveable amount of effort to make sure that we remained "high and dry" while the work was being performed. Very professional from start to finish. This company was not the cheapest but I'm glad I paid the extra money because the quality of work can't be beat!!! Like my dad always told me, "cheap ain't good, good ain't cheap!!"

From start to finish this company was the MOST professional. From the first visit with the estimator to the crew completing the work, I have NEVER dealt with a more professional company that performed work from me. And this is comparing work on my house, work on my car, even my dry cleaner!! This company is a class act! Their price wasn't the lowest but the letter that came with my bid included a list of questions to ask other contractors so that I could compare "apples to apples"....boy, was that helpful. The two other bids didn't specify what types of materials were to be used....I thought "a roof is a roof"....was I wrong!! Once I knew what to look for, I found that the low prices came with low quality (materials and labor). I would highly recommend anyone in the area to contact these guys for a new roof or just minor roof repairs.....I will never trust anyone else with my roof!!
