"As the owner of Victory Silks and Interiors, It is my utmost goal to give customers a pleasant experience in my store and has been for the past 14 years! If I in fact treated customers in the way this person has posted, I would be out of business! I have the original customers from 14 years ago still shopping in my store and appreciate everyone of them. This customer is not being truthful for whatever reason and I am very sorry for someone who feels the need to take their anger out on a pillar business in the community! We make custom silk floral arrangements on a daily basis for our customers and continue to get rave reviews, for example "that is exactly what I wanted" or "amazing, it is even better than I imagined" these are actual responses from actual customers! I vaguely remember this customer to be very difficult to please because we did exactly what she asked for and she later changed her mind as to what she wanted, and them came in much later and expected us to remake her arrangement based on her newfound ideas of what she wanted. There are some people you just cannot ever please because they are just unhappy in general!"
