They did not follow my instructions and created a different style flower arrangement than my description. When I picked up and paid for the arrangement there were a lot of customers in the store. Out of courtesy, I decided to bring the arrangement in another day when few to no customers were in the store. I politely told the store owner that the flower arrangement was nice but too large and not the type of arrangement that I had originally described. The store owner was extremely discourteous to me. I brought in pictures of arrangements to show her the style arrangement that I wanted. She told me that the arrangements in my pictures were ugly. She told me many discourteous and insulting things. She also told me to never come into her store again. Eventually she consulted with her husband and he suggested they just give me my money back and so they did. This entire experience was horrible and I can't believe that a place of business would treat a customer in the manner.
