+ -1 moreI tried to have the rug repaired but was told that the glue that this rug company used was the cause for the bare spots and it CAN NOT be repaired,
Description of Work: I purchased a rug from Gerami's Rugs that started coming apart within a month of purchase. After several attempts to contact the owner he finally came to my home to look at the rug and agreed it was defective. He charged me an additional $700.00 dollars to replace it, this didn't seem to be fair but I paid it because the rug needed to be replaced. Same thing happened to the second rug, but he REFUSED to do ANYTHING, so I am stuck with a very expensive rug that has bare spots all around the edge.
