+ -1 moreSmoothly, professionally and affordably. Ross Muggivan is an honest, hard working American painter from Ireland who is a pleasure to know and we’d definitely hire him again. He’s safe to hire hourly as he doesn’t dilly dally, but we’d trust paying him any fixed fee he quoted for a job, too. Ross is also a skilled professional photographer with a great eye for color so we’d trust his judgment on paint color ideas over our own any day.
