+ -1 moreInstead of a costly replacement, the serviceman told me it was just a wire that had become disconnected. He reconnected the wire, and charged a very reasonable fee for the service. I am very grateful and pleased he was so honest. Further, that afternoon a wire came loose on the gasket for my front loading washer. He came back, and within 10 minutes he just reconnected the gasket. There was no charge for the second trip. Mr. Loveless was the technician...He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: The control panel on my Kenmore Elite dryer needed service.

Description of Work: Bought washer. Delivered it next day. I was desperate. The machine I wanted was cheaper at big box store but I would have to wait 4 weeks to get it. They delivered it the next day. Did everything over the phone......never went into store. They were great and customer service was excellent. Worth the extra money and great to support local merchant. Can't beat the service I got......never would have gotten such service from big box store.

Description of Work: Performed operational test on both washer and dryer. Both Maytag products were not operating properly. I returned them and got a Samsung washer and dryer. I love them and they work great. The service man was great and I appreciated his honest input.

+ -1 moreWe have two dishwashers one for the main house and one in the back. Both were not working. He inspected both and neither were worth repairing. He explained the situation well was professional and courteous. My son reviewed several midrange options as we will be revaming the kitchen, so I wanted one that could be moved later to the back house after the renovations. He worked with us in comparing different models and gave us a credit on installation due to the first service call. His price was fair. He was professional and communicated well.

Description of Work: This was a service call for my new Maytag Washer and Dryer. I experienced problems with both machines and I contacted Maytag. Maytag contacted Richard Hebert's Maytag Office and they sent out their serviceman. The set was new and I did not like their performance. The serviceman checked everything out and gave me a service ticket with details of the problem. He was professional, courteous and did a great job.

Description of Work: My 16 year old maytag washer was draining onto my floor during the spin cycle. Called for service and they came out the next day. Arrived when scheduled - and called before coming. Fixed the problem then left. I found another problem shortly after he left and he came back and fixed the additional problem. Did not charge me another service call, only parts. Very pleased with his work and he was a very nice person.
