OVERHEAD DOOR CO OF LAFAYETTE

My garage door went out on Christmas Day, a Sunday. I called Monday morning and left a message, and my call was returned soon after. I was assured that service would be provided in three days, and sure enough, today, Thursday, December 29th, my door is fully functional. Dillon and Dustin were very professional and respectful and completed the job in less than an hour. I am thoroughly pleased with the service provided by Overhead Doors of Lafayette.

One of my garage door springs broke late Friday afternoon on a house we recently moved into so I called Overhead Door of Lafayette because their sticker was on the door. I wasn't really expecting them to do the repair work until the following Friday or so. They managed to squeeze me in and show up at (am on Monday morning. By 9:30 the technician had already replaced both of my springs, reset the rollers and adjusted and tested everything properly. Very courteous and hard working service technician, great job!

I am very happy with Overhead Door Co. Of Lafayette. What I liked about them was the product, it looks great and it works great and it was actually what I wanted and it was of value for the product. It seemed expensive at first but we had a lot of add on to it. We could have gotten something cheaper if we wanted to and I was okay with the installation. The guys who installed it were very professional and courteous and professional but I saw a few flaws in the way they installed it which we didn't see until later and we had to call them back.

I've used them on and off for 17 years. They installed the door and I've continued to use them. One time one of the guys that came was kind of arrogant, but I still use them. They did a great job but I didn't appreciate his little attitude. I will possibly continue to use them.

They are very friendly, nice and prompt. They did a great job.

The work was done as promised and I am very pleased with the new doors and openers.
