It is definitely not reasonable. It is the normal cost what everybody charges 6% of $24000. I was very disappointment. We spoke to both a female and a male. The male was more observant and really did not communicate very much. The female as someone as told us how she was very friendly and outgoing, very young and I am very partial to young people because I have taught high school and I wanted to give young people a chance. But, I feel that they out and out lied to us about the problem of the floor in the master bedroom and we trusted them. We have really good real estate friend in Baton Rouge so I trusted the real estate people thinking they are going to work for me. I am not paying the sellers. I am paying a totally different company from the sellers that they are going to be working for me. We had a roof problem. It’s a place were a dormer should be but they did not have a dormer. It’s an open roof. It was leaking and raining in the house, which we did not know about. They told it was a $2000 fix and it ended up costing us $16000 dollars to fix and they said the termite problem had been taken care of and everything had been replaced when got the contractor got into the window area that supposedly the termite had been repaired the wood was so rotten. The wood had to be replaced, because it was raining in the house. So that had not been repaired properly but they wouldn’t know that. That would be reflective of the home owner. It did cost us a lot more to fix the problem than they quoted. We took their recommendations to the home inspector and the home inspector should have flied that right away. In the homeowners dissent somebody you know there was big problem with an icemaker and the refrigerator had damaged the floor in the master bedroom and there was a cover up. They even so far as to put ice in the refrigerator to make the inspector believe that the refrigerator was working just fine. Well in fact, the icemaker was leaking and was the cause of the damage of the floor and the current homeowners had said it was a prior problem and had nothing to do with them according to our real estate agent, which was a lie. It was that refrigerator it had eaten the cabinet and the floor and none of that was made aware of to us. We discovered it after we had moved in. We have to live with it like that. According to our floor person, it is possible that the water is still underneath the floor but we have had to deal with the other issues of the dormer and between that and since we did that we had to roof the house you know the whole thing. We was going to have the dormer repaired and it looked like a patches roof with the guys going up and down and messing up the roof. For the integrity of the roof, we totally reroofed the house but ended up costing us $40000 as supposed to $2000 because the integrity of the roof was compromised by them working up there. That is the normal price. That was the only contact we had had with them. I asked them to show us the house they never did one thing you would have thought they would have given up some of their 6% to give us a better price on the house itself and the damage that we had to incur. Because they just walked in showed us the house they did not spend hardly any time. They did earn $24000. They did not earn $15000. Price, I would have to say they were really high. She was very friendly just could not trust them. She was her on time we did have to wait once or twice for him. I think the guy that did not saying anything he rather not say anything at all he was always had to be there, but he just was not very friendly at all.
