+ -1 moreJason Pratt was very professional and completed the work as agreed. He had a mishap, where a pipe cap made its way into the sewer line. It did not travel down the line far enough to obstruct service, but needed to be removed. He took full responsibility and at his cost, he removed a section of the sewer line and replaced it with new material. I was very pleased with Jason and JP's Hydroblast.
Description of Work: Flushed out main sewer line.

+ -1 moreJason Pratt with JP's Hydroblasting was pleasant to work with and very professional; he explained their process and pricing before starting any work. He also noted my indoor pets and asked about precautions they might need to take with doors (they were in/out a lot while detecting the water leak); this consideration for my indoor pets I appreciated a great deal! I would feel very comfortable using them in the future for other services.
Description of Work: JP's Hydroblasting was recommended to me for detection of a water leak, which my plumber suspected was under the slab.

Description of Work: They hydro blasted a plumbing pipe that leads into the main sewer system to clean out all the gunk.
