He stated that he was licensed and insured which he is not. The work was done very poorly. We will be going to court.
Description of Work: I hired him to build a 20'X24' den. The work was started but never completed.

its still not complete
Description of Work: I had a contract with the owner of this company to fix a leak around my chimmeny, stucko around my window, repair my porch, lay ceramic tile in front of fireplace. He came out and put flashing over the top of the old flashing and reshingled a small area around my chimney. about 2wks went by and in rained very hard and it was still leaking not near as bad as before. He was out at my house repairing my front porch and when i showed him he said no problem he would take care of it. now he's saying the leak is not from the roof. i got up their and when i seen the job that was done their is no doubt its coming from where he repaired. He did a very sloppy job around the chimney. He also has not completed my porch. their is no step going up to the porch which their was one when he started. he put it in the trash. My wife had talked with him and he said he was coming out to finish up the next day. He came out and got his tools and left. if you use him dont pay him until he is finished. the worker that had did the stucco work did a fantastic job.
