I like them and would recommend them. They help you and if they don?t know they?ll get someone else to answer your questions and get you on the right track.

We picked out bamboo flooring to be installed. Price was very competitive. Personnel at the store were helpful. However, a few difficulties: Delivery personnel would not carry the packages to the area that they were needed. (i.e.,they would not carry the boxes up ~ 12 steps) - they expected my wife who was receiving the products ( & who is over 50 ) to carry them up the steps. The next problem was the installation. The installer did not show at the scheduled times. More frustrating was that they were not straightforward with scheduling information. We were told they would show at 8am, but they did not show until 4pm. Since we had to drive from out of town to meet them, it was frustrating they were not honest in their communication. More frustrating was that the installation took a few days instead of 2 estimated because of their poor scheduling. Finally, they brought the wrong molding and had to re-order the correct materials. It is now almost a month waiting for the flooring to be completed since we ordered it. Finally, when we returned surplus material and asked to speak to the home depot manager to voice concerns, they would not meet in person, but only spoke to us via phone while we were in the store. In hindsight, we would have preferred to pay additional money and work with a local supplier vs. a large chain.

They were very good. They cleaned up their own mess. They were very prompt. I would call them again in the future.

They were respectful and good with communication. However they did not level the doors; consequently one of the doors won't open. The pricing was reasonable and the doors are well-made but they did not do the installation right. They were at our house an hour after we bought the doors but I will not use them again in the future.
