Description of Work: I called him to ask for and estimate to replace some vinyl siding. Left him three different messages and he finally returned my call. Said he was going to go out to the property. Called him back and he still hadn't gone to property. Ended up calling someone else. Person was unreliable.

Description of Work: Installed a door in a double brick exterior wall. Installed a large window unit. Patched a leak around my chimney. Repaired some termite damaged ceiling boards. Roughed out some interior plumping that goes through an exterior wall and connected it to exterior pipes. |It took 4 days which was longer than I thought and the materials list was more expensive than was predicted. But they did a good job, were very polite, gave me options for the projects, thought up some innovative ways to correct some problems, bar-b-qued for lunch and shared with me and my dog.

Description of Work: Bobby and his guys came in to finish up punch list items and some finish work on an rehab that we had. He tends to charge by the day for that type of thing but I felt like I got good value for my money and all the work they did was very good. I had no complaints. I will use him for the whole job on the next rehab I get, but he stays pretty busy.

Description of Work: They removed existing patio cover and replaced with a new cover, tying the patio cover into the roof line and reattaching the gutter. They did a very professional job.

Description of Work: I had a footsized hole in the ceiling right next to the wall in a bedroom. I called Bobby and he was able to fit me in to repair it in between his other work. I had also pre-scrapped the popcorn off the rest of the ceiling in the rest of the bedroom. Bobby repaired the hole, tapped and mud the rest of the ceiling and primed the entire ceiling. Bobby left everything clean and in great order when he was finished. I plan on using him for the rest of the rooms as I take the popcorn down and have him come and tape,mud, and prime.

Description of Work: I've used Bobby for a couple jobs both in my own home and on a rental property he has always been exceptionally accommodating and been able to come out as soon as we needed his prices are very good and his work is impeccable

Description of Work: I contacted Mr. Hebert to do some repairs to my home. He scheduled an appointment with me for Saturday morning about 7-8am. He never did show, did not call. I waited half the day and missed my grandsons soccer games. He has proven to be unreliable and unprofessional. I have a huge amount of work that is needed on my home. Apparently, Mr. Hebert doesn't need to work and doesn't care about his reputation in the Lafayette area.

Description of Work: I made an appointment for Mr. Hebert to come by and provide an estimate on exterior painting. He was scheduled to arrive at 9AM on Saturday. At 9:15, he had not appeared so I phoned him. I got his voice mail and left a message asking if he was coming. He returned my call at around 2PM and showed up around 5:30PM. He quoted me a price. I asked him to provide a written quote which he said would be no problem. After about a week, he sent me an email with "estimated" costs. I responded the following day by asking him to provide a contract for the amount of the total job. He replied the following day saying no problem. After not hearing back again, on July 4, I asked him again to send the contract or to at least let me know if he was no longer interested. I have yet to hear anything else. Very unprofessional behavior from Day 1. I have wasted weeks waiting to hear back on a job he said he was interested in performing. Apparently, he was not.

Description of Work: We used Bobby Hebert for several services such as exterior painting, replacing a door frame, fixing a leaking door, painting the shutters, put up a new mailbox, and fixed our alarm system.
