I was very impressed with the initial meeting with Marcus. He was professional and patient explaining the procedure. Several days later, I returned home and was thrilled to see the job had been done. It looked amazing....All the trees were cut, the debris was removed and all the dense vines were gone as well. I am pleased to say, I would highly recommend Green Leaf Tree Service.

Green Leaf provided top-notch tree removal and trimming service. I booked with Marcus Trahan, he was professional, polite, and very helpful. He stayed in contact with us over the course of a few days, watching the weather, and making sure we felt that our yard wasn't too soft for the trucks and equipment. When the crew came to remove and trim the trees, they were on time, professional, and polite. They did a fantastic job removing and cleaning up the damaged tree and trimming the limbs around our home. We will absolutely be using htem again for our future tree service needs.

Excellent service Augustine was my estimator and was pleasant and answered all my questions. He showed me exactly what needed to be done. The staff was excellent and especially Trey the foreman. He made several suggestions for additional work and the price was reasonable. I can see my back yard for the first time in years. They cleaned up everything and made sure I was happy with the work. Tonight Augustine called me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and to offer any further assistance should I need. I appropriated that they did not give me the "hard sell" and that they took to time to explain things. I highly recommend them for your projects. I will b e calling them again!!

They removed several fallen trees from my father's house and yard in Panama City after Hurricane Michael. Honest, fair prices, friendly people, excellent service -- even helped recovered my father's car from beneath a collapsed carport! Highly recommended! They were an absolute God-send as we started down the road to recovery.

I cannot say enough about the safety that this team showed for their crew as well as for all structures surrounding our schoolyard. The attention to detail was a true spectacle. It was obvious that everyone knew their job responsibilities and took pride in their end product. At the end of service there was not a trace left that someone had just removed very large trees with many branches. I thought we would have had to rake leaves and pick up straggling branches. That was not the case at all! Pristine I am thankful for Green Tree and would highly recommend!

I got in touch with Jeremy Frederick of Green Leaf Tree Service and we met to evaluate the needs of my oak tree in my from yard. Jeremy explained in easy to understand detail what was happening to the tree, and what he would need to do to save it. I was provided with a written estimate and found the charges to be very reasonable. Jeremy and his crew arrived on schedule and preformed the work in a very professional manner. They were extremely careful not to damage the sod that was newly installed 2 weeks ago. Jeremy explained the do"s and don't's of maintaining this tree each season. I was left very pleased with the work that was done and feel confident that I can call Jeremy with any questions I have related to the care and maintenance of my tree. I will recommend Green Leaf Tree Service to any family, friend or neighbor that requires tree services.

This is the second time we use Green Tree Service. We had the pleasure of dealing with April Lancon. April and her team were extremely professional. We had 11 palm trees from 15 to 20 feet tall cut down and hauled off. The clean up was amazing. You couldn't tell they had been there. I strongly recommend Green Leaf Tree Services. Our services were completed in a more than timely manner and I was in awe how prestine our property was left. Professionalism at its finest! Had to take down wood fence. Did not want to reinstall but agreed after considerable discussions. Gouged back yard during picking up debris. Did not refill.

They destroyed an entire flower bed; broke a wooden arbor; I held back $500 when they completed the job to pay for damages. They did not duo anything and ignored my emails and phone calls. I paid $300 when I received an invoice from them for the remainder. I paid as a sign of good faith. They keep the damage deposit and did not do anything. I was warned by another customer to hold back the image deposit because they too had an issue with them fixing a damaged deck. Upon completion of the job, they requested the entire payment. Don't pay them all if you have damages; hold back some cash. They are cheap so if you have a tree that needs clearing without potential damage to your flower beds, then these are guys.

They were pretty expensive but were also thorough. They got everything done within three and a half hours. They charged me $2,400 because it was considered an emergency. I wanted to get it off the roof. They were a little high for the service. But they did an excellent job, so I can't complain. You've got to pay for what you want. They did what they were supposed to do. It was another $500 or $600 because it was an emergency and they had to use a crane and leave another job to come do this. There was no problem with the quality. They did good work. They told me they were doing the job right away, but I had to wait about 30 minutes to get them off of the job they were on and to get them to my home, and I still was charged the emergency fee. They were very professional.

I only have one criticism and it's a very picky one. I gave them a B for Professionalism only because they failed to return my potted plants and patio furniture to it's location when they were finished. This small gesture would have put them well over the top in my book. The pots are heavy and I will need help with them. I would recommend them to anyone!!

The man came and when we discussed the tree he said the tree was dangerous and most likely was hollow and best thing was to cut the tree completely down. I was given a price of 5,000.00 which was requested that evening and I did that. The crew did come the next day and started work removing front of my fence and cutting the tree. Limbs were allowed to fall on the edge of my roof and they did not move anything in the yard except the fence so all my plants and my LED lights were crushed. In the mean time they went across the street and got a job from my neighbor which they started while still doing my work. Tree did not appear to be hollow in any area some of the limbs did appear to be bad. The stump was left as it was when the tree was cut down for about a week before coming back. The wood was placed in front of my yard along the street but it was not picked up for about a week and in the mean time I was visited by a very upset Tim Vice from the city wanting to know why it was there and that it wasblocking the stop sign and then there was wood on the other side of the street and that made it dangerous. The wood across the street was from the other job. When the stump work was being done they did nothing to try to prevent the large chips from hitting my windows as matter of fact the owner was in my living room and he went outside and made them put up some boards. I had thought the man was there because there was a mess and confusion and was going to try to make some type of amends instead it turns out he was there to collect payment which turns out he was at the wrong house he was suppose to go the neighbor for that. My fence was broken on both sides and was left that way for over a week and I have a dog that goes into the yard and she had to be kept on a leash. When the gentleman came out to fix the fence, he did not have enough materials so he had to use some that I had saved under a shed in the back of our home. Nothing was ever said from the men about the flowers or the broken pots, the LED lights that could be found. the lights that were broken, some were even piled up against my house broken ones up against my house and some they did not know where they had been put I found one underneath a wood pile and it was broken. My security camer on that side of the house as it turned out the cord was broken when a limb fell and the camera was loose.All the plastic bottles and some bags were left in my yard for me to pick up and the lawn had deep holes left in it from where their truck had actually gotten stuck. It has been 8 months and the yard is still a mess where we have to fill in the ruts from time to time and people are still coming up to me wanting why in everything and they had never seen such a mess except for the aftermath of a hurricane. I just think that they could have been a little more professional, understanding and nicer not to mention cleaner. I know that the company will have a pro for their work and a con for my review, that is understandable but that is my and what would appear to be others opinion that knew of the work being done. Ask Mr. Vice he was even wonder where my permit was and wanted to know why things were such a mess.

My family was going on a vacation, and I wanted to have a tree overhanging our driveway pruned due to low hanging branches. They told me they're minimum charge was $400, but that they would do the work the following day and haul away all debris. After several days of not showing up, I began to look elsewhere for someone to do the work. A week later, workers showed up to trim the tree, but left a five foot tall pile of debris smack in front of our house, encroaching upon the sidewalk and sloppily strewn -- creating a hazardous condition on my property. I called and quot;Jefferyand quot; to complain and he told me they'd pick the trash up in the morning. I had to spend several hours moving the mound of limbs to a safer location to the side of my yard so as not to be exposed to a lawsuit for personal injury. The next day, no one came to pick up the trash -- and calls to the company went unanswered and texts ignored. After five days, the City picked up the trash his workers left -- and all the grass under the pile was dead. Avoid this company at all costs. They are costly, unreliable, unfriendly and unprofessional.

I did not like their service. They run through neighborhoods. If they find a job then they go to every house in that neighborhood offering deals. The thing is I am a horticulturist and we needed some work done. They came out and the guy was trying to get us to take our tree down to make more money instead of doing what was needed. I refused to do that and he went to my neighbors home and he has two big trees next to his house. This guy offered to take those trees down and they would give a discount because they were taking our tree down and that was not true. He lied and that upset me. I would never recommend them. They are expensive. They try to talk you into stuff that is not necessary. I told the owner about this and they ended up not charging me as much, I think they were trying to play nice at that point.

Green Leaf Tree Service did a good job. He did it quickly and cleaned up his mess.

Requested estimate for grinding approx. 20 pine tree roots. Advised that minimum charge was $400. Got the job done via another tree service for $150.

They came early on 4/1/10 and quoted us 1200. We had another quote for 975 but Green Leaf offered to do the work the same day they quoted us. They finished around sundown. I will comment that when grinding the largest stump a PVC pipe was damaged. However, I was unaware of it's location as I had just purchased this home 6 months ago. And you want your stumps ground below normal ground level. This PVC pipe was approximately 1.5 to 2" below the top of the soil. Laid very shallow by whoever installed it. I spent about $10 dollars on two couplings and some PVC cement and fixed it myself in about 10 minutes.

I was impressed with their overall operation. The job was done in two full days, and would have finished quicker but for some equipment issues. They had a large crew that shuffled in and out with other projects in the neighborhood, but at one time I counted 16 people in my yard working like ants on various projects. They did a good job of alerting me to risks by showing me first hand from the basket of the cherry picker, and then negotiated very fair prices to have the work done. And it was a lot of work. They had to remove a fence which they did replace, but have not yet repaired some concrete damage that occurred during the process. In fairness, the rain has made the task impossible for weeks. But if they had proactive and done it right after the tree job was complete, the rain would not have been an issue. That said, I was very pleased with their work, they ran a professional operation, and their prices were extremely reasonable based on other quotes I had received over the years. I would definitely use them again.

They are pretty good people. The owner's name is Jeremy Frederick. They did something for me a year later that nobody else would do. They were prompt and diligent. They did what they said they would do. I only had to call them back one time to repair a fence they had to take down. They had to come across a pasture and through my back yard with a crane to get to this tree. They had to tear up 3 fences to get their equipment in my yard and only forgot to repair my lawn. At the end when it was all over with, all the fences that I requested they repair were repaired and the ones I requested to tear up for me, they tore them up. They were definitely on time. They started as soon as they said they were going to start. They got in a lot of work and they got the work done extremely quickly. They removed all the debris and picked up after themselves better than the roofers did. I have high praise for them. That's my tree trimmer of choice there. I would use them in the future if I needed them.
