owner came out to home, measured windows for plantation shutters. She was very professional, on time, very neat. told me it would take approx 8 weeks and she was right on. installers work for company, not 3rd party. husband & wife team of installers, very professional, on time. installed shutters & I was very pleased. they brought to my attention a small area on one shutter that was a tiny flaw from shipping. I would have never seen it. they will order a new slat & come back to install it in couple weeks. EXCELLENT SERVICE. My maid was cleaning house at same time they arrived, I asked if he would please take off shoes which he did willingly. will definitely use this company again.

Installed -great work and worth the extra

The experiences have been excellent, I don't know if I've dealt with a better company. They ship them in so there is potential damage. They would find damage and let me know what it is and get a new part or entire new shutters if needed. They would put the damaged one in the window then come back in a few weeks and install the new one. Anytime I've ever had trouble not knowing how to operate one they come back at no charge. They guarantee the product longer than anyone else. They guarantee the service at no charge. If there is any problem they come out and take care of it. I compared their prices to competitors and theirs were better. The installer said they have a policy that if they show up any later than 15 minutes early then they are considered to be late by the owner, they did show up 15 minutes early. They showed up with booties on their shoes. I have and will use them again.
