Brian was prompt, professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem — a few faulty switches in our 60-year-old fuse box — and got the problem solved within a couple of hours. When he wrapped up the main call, he cheerily agreed to help us pull down a broken electric chandelier that a previous owner had installed. That thing hung above our bathtub(!) for close to two years. It wasn't part of the original work order, but without hesitation, he crawled into our attic and took care of it. I'd highly recommend Brian for any job, particularly anything that needs to be done quickly. He responds fast, works thorough and is pleasant to be around. He's especially handy in older homes, and is great around dogs too!
Description of Work: Several outlets in our house went dead, leaving us without power for many of our most used accessories.

Brian not only understood what I was trying to say, but was able to provide the quality and intensity of light that I was looking for. But beyond that, and more importantly, he was able to create an atmosphere with the lighting that gave me the effects that I hadn't even realized was what I was looking for. He was professional and collaborative, and willing to continue to work to give me exactly what I was wanted.
Description of Work: I wanted to change the lighting in my house after living with tube fluorescents for almost 30 years, but I wasn't really sure what I wanted. Brian met with me,and I explained as well as I could what I wanted and didn't want, well beyond just specific light fixtures or wattages. We talked about the moods I was hoping to create, and the budget that I had to work with.
