+ -1 moreHe was good about communication, but I felt pushed to do more than I was calling him out to give me a bid on as he wanted to include things I did not ask about. His bid was a good bit higher than the others I received. Because of him suggesting other work he could do, I felt more comfortable going with someone else.
Description of Work: I received an estimate from Dave for replacing of rotted wood and exterior painting of my home.

We had Dave fix some areas that the builder had left unfinished, we had him add tile to a room , we had him add shelving to the utility room and shelving to the newborn baby room. He worked hard to finish up each day. He and the cats got along great and Dave is a great guy. Thanks Dave

+ 0 moreThe work went smoothly. They arrived promptly at the promised hour, did the work in the minimum possible time, and cleaned up everything nicely before they left.
Description of Work: I needed sheet rock replacement and repairs in my utility room. Dave Seversen responded promptly, came and made an estimate, and scheduled the work to start in a couple of days. He arrived with a partner (Wayne Legume of Handy Home Repair Services) and the two did a first class job.I am very satisfied with their skills and professionalism.
