Description of Work: He replaced the blower motor at no charge because he had just replaced it a year ago. We have used he for an addition & rather than a second unit he recommended a zone system with two thermostats in the existing part of the house & an additional thermostat in the addition. We also added a gunite pool & filter motor. Since the addition was complete our electric bill has remained the same. We used him on a third occasion for a compressor problem & were very satisfied.
