They did a wonderful job. Pool had been unused for 4-5 years and was horrible. Great job .

We moved to Lafayette in June 2013 and Cricket came highly recommended. After having their service for four months, we cancelled because of their unprofessionalism and lack of ability to keep the pool. Different employees would advise us completely different ways to "maintain" the pool, and the employee who was assigned to our house often would not complete his work or would "send someone" to come fix something and then discover that no one ever showed up from the service department. My final straw was when our regular staffer threw up several times in my backyard and I had to call the office to have them come get him because they were allowing him to work in the heat of summer totally sick. (This was after I watched him dip his head in our pool to cool off) No one came to clean up after him or even to clean our pool in his place that week-- I had to call the office to ask them to return to complete the work. He also had to get stitches after doing work on our pump. This is too big a liability for us. No thank you. We will be hiring a new company!

My son attempted to backwash the pool. The pump would not re-prime after the normal amount of time. I was afraid it would damage it further so I called for their service. The appointment was easy to make. They delayed a day in service but I was called and notified of the delay. the man was not professional in appearance. He simply restarted the pump and waited. After about 1-2 minutes the pool re-primed itself. He showed me a few things about changing the valves that I was not aware of. He then took off the panel of the salt system. The board appeared burnt but had been working fine. He told me of the cost to replace the system and recomendations for warranties etc. He did not pressure me to buy anything and told me that someone would follow up with me regarding a bill. I received a call 1-2 days later asking how everything went and was the pool working well. I at least thought everything was fair. I am still not sure about the burnt board and whether it truly needs to be replaced. I am going to check the chlorine contents and see if it seems to be working.

Great! Our Pool is crystal clear! The pool looks very inviting to jump in.
