The owner who helped with the move is name Terri Henri. He came to our house upon request and gave us a quote. Thing is he criminally misrepresented is company. He uses two company names, one is 1st class movers that is an agent of Red Ball moving company but he also uses a company of his name "Buyabuddy" He uses Red Ball material and during the sales pitch and gives you Red Ball's brochure so you think you are dealing with American Red Ball. Complete lie. To keep the nightmare story short because it is too much to tell, without threats,, contacting a lawyer and other legal agencies we would not have seen half our goods. He picked up with two painted over old used up U-haul trucks. The damage to our goods is unbelievable not to mention what is missing ...11 boxes plus more. Do not use this company look at buy-a-buddy on the BBB they have an F rating. He uses employees and friends to give him good reviews and tries to call himself a Pastor which he is not Using the company is like giving your goods over to the local dump.

They did a very good job, and we were very pleased with their service. I liked that they were gentle with our things. The guys that we worked with were very nice and accommodating. They were very knowledgeable and professional.
