When he came out to give the estimate he was a nice guy and had a decent price. The 1st time he cut the grass he didnt blow the back patio off and there was cut grass everywhere and on everything. I called him and he told me he would talk to his helper about this and it wouldnt happen again. The 2nd time he was supposed to come he didnt show up on the day we agreed on (supposed to come every 2 weeks) That evening I called him and he told me his lawnmower had broken down and he didnt have a mower to cut (He never called me or anything just left me hanging) The next day he called me and told me he bought a new mower and would be out to cut. I agreed. He came and cut the grass and this time the exit for the grass on the mower was pointed at the house so all the cut grass pilled up around the house and in my flower beds and all over my back patio yet again. He was supposed to show up yesterday to cut the grass while I was out of town. I got home to an uncut yard. When I called he answered the phone saying hello and my name. He then lied to me when I asked him why the yard wasent cut by telling me he called and left a message on my wifes phone. She was with me all weekend and no message was left. When I asked him why he didnt call me he told me he didnt have my number (Didnt he just answer his phone knowing who it was before I said anything). When I told him I needed someone more dependable and wouldnt be using him any longer he hung up on me and proceded to send me a text message telling me there was no need to talk to him like that because he is not my son. (Ummm talk to him how? By telling him I didnt want to use his services any longer?) He is very unprofessional.
