BONIN'S LAWN SVC

These guys are lazy. My yard is landscaped with a relatively small area of grass that requires mowing. Even though the mowing area is small, this service regularly uses very large mowing machines to cut the grass. The machines leave ruts in the yard and leaves dirt tracks on the driveway. Repeated requests to Bonin's owner have been largely ignored. In addition, because the area to be mowed is small, the service often uses a weedeater to cut portions of the yard. This leaves the grass very uneven. They also use the weed eater as an edger, which is fine except that there is a foot-wide swath of scalped lawn lining the driveway and roadway. The service uses blowers to clear leaves and debris from the yard, but often blows the debris into a corner and leaves it there. Complaints to Bonin's have been not been addressed. Voicemail messages are not returned. This is one of the larger lawn services in Lafayette, and I believe it is so big that it has no incentive to be responsive to the customer.
