I called in the morning and someone was at my house within 30 minutes. Dustin was the plummer and he did an excellent job. Professional, competent, and thorough!! And the price was under what I expected to pay!! Highly recommend!!!

We called at about 10 a m They returned call quickly and came out at time promised pipe fixed quickly and efficiently .

When I called him to fix the leak in the pipe in my front yard, he came to fix it in a hour. I would highly recommend their services.

One hundred and six dollars for FIVE minutes of work...LITERALLY!!! We are located right next to him and he needed little to no materials. There is no reason we needed to be charged that much!!!

Derek called within half hour of my contacting the office, said he would try to make it out that same afternoon and that he would call with time. He did just that. After reviewing the situation, it was decided the main line was clogged. Derek searched my property for a cleanout T in the line, but none was found. He had to remove my toilet to complete the job, and he took great care in not breaking any tile mortar in the process. Once line was cleared, he replaced all toilet seals and reseated the toilet better than it was to begin with. Derek then offered to take a look at anything else that may have been a problem, and he happily took on the task of removing an extremely stubborn exterior faucet that was embedded in the brick mortar (also taking great care to not remove or damage any more mortar than absolutely necessary). After a good fight with the faucet, he got it changed! Derek was very professional, eager to get the job done correctly, and happy to help or offer advise for any other issues.

I called Aucoin's Plumbing at 8:30 P.M. We were wrapping up one of our outdoor spigots when we snapped the flex hose to which the spigot was attached. Water was gushing everywhere and freezing temperatures were expected that night. The plumber on call offered to come out that night and assist us, but we managed to get the water main turned off. He asked me a few questions about the water line and assessed the situation. He assured me someone would contact me first thing in the morning. Sure enough, at 7:10 A.M. I received a phone call from Derek Aucoin. He told me they had two other calls before me, but they would be out that morning. At 7:36 A.M. he called back and said he was on his way. He had completed the repair and we had water by 8:00 A.M. Not only was he prompt, he was very courteous and professional. I felt the price he charged was fair, especially considering his response and expertise. The spigot was not properly installed in the first place, but he corrected the issue and mounted it firmly on the house, which will prevent this from happening again. I highly recommend Aucoin's Plumbing.

I could not get them to return my call. When I hadn't heard from them, I called and left a message with detail as to what I needed but I never received a return call. Not impressed.

He did a fine job however he was supposed to return and replace two more faucets and never heard from him again.

Very well. Only delay was getting part from manufactory.

Telephoned office in early morning and told by receptionist that someone would be calling me. Waited until about 2:30 PM and called again. Was told that the office would contact whoever and have them call me. I requested that someone call and at least tell me if they were or were not able to reply with service so I could call someone else because I needed to be able to use my shower. Waited - no call back. It is now 10 AM the next day and I am going to call someone else. I lost a whole day because Aucoin's was not professional enough to simply respond by phone and at least tell me they were too busy to take care of my need at this time. Based on the quality of their work and responsiveness last time I gave them an overall "C" rating. I have a problem with businesses that do not return calls and lack the consideration for customers who take the time to seek their service to respond at least by phone and convey whether they can or can not provide the service at this time. I understand that someone being too busy to so respond, but I cannot understand why they can not at least let the customer know that. At this moment I am not sure if I will consider using them again. It will depend on my experience with whomever I will call upon now in their place for service.

Very professional staff and done at a great price. I would recommend to my friends and family and I will use them again for any plumbing needs!!!

They changed a toliet for me that was 25 years. It has been less than a year and it is worse than the one I had for 25 years. It shakes and if you don't flush it right the water just runs. I also had them change the bathtub faucets..the cold water faucet is so hard to turn I have to use a washcloth

They came with an excavator and they were done in no time. Very reasonable price. I will recommend them to anybody. They are overwhelmed because they are the best.

The service is not complete yet, but so far the service has been done very well. They are very knowledgeable.

Noted that the problem was faulty installation by the individual who installed when our kitchen was renovated. Changed the fittings and tightened the garbage disposal. The two gentlemen who did the work were professional and easy to work with. Cost seemed a little pricey but I guess that is the nature of such home repairs today. I am tagging them for future work if such becomes necessary.

The two plumbers were efficient, professional, got all four of the tasks completed in less than an hour, excluding the time they had to run back to the shop. I was very impressed with how they didn't dally; they got to the job and fixed everything very quickly.

He did it all and he replaced a pipe that was needed. he came back within an hour of calling him. He even came in on Saturday. They were courteous, polite, friendly, and knew what they were doing.

I liked him. I think he was reasonable and did pretty good work. I thought he was a little pricey for the job done but all plumbers are very expensive. He was responsive and punctual.

I called another company first and was told the first opening was Monday-today is Thursday- and they charge a 38 dollar fee just to come look at the problem. Then I called Aucoin's, and within 3 hours the leaky faucet was fixed, and it only cost 124 dollars!

My boyfriend changed out all the parts in my 15 year old toilet. The toilet was leaking under the rim in the bowl, constantly. To flush, you had to take the top off the tank and push the seal down by hand, then the water would fill up the tank, but water was always running inside the bowl, causing dark rust stains around the bowl. My boyfriend removed the old parts and put in all new parts from a kit we got from Home Depot. However, the back of the toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor and under the carpet in my hallway in the doorway. He changed out a rubber seal, but within a day or so, it was leaking again. Finally I just called Aucoin's plumbing to come and fix it. The young man, Tyler, who came was very nice and professional. He fixed the leak with parts that I had, as well as parts from his truck. He explained to me what my bf had done wrong, because my bf is going to change out the parts in my other toilet this weekend. I have a feeling I might be calling Aucoin's again very soon to re-fix THAT toilet as well.
