Description of Work: I first called them on a Friday afternoon and spoke with a guy who said he would give my information to the girls and they would call me on Monday. Monday came and went with no call. I called on Tuesday morning and the girl answering the phone seemed not to care and didn't speak clearly or in normal voice. She was just mumbling. Said she would give him(no name) my number. He called after lunch and said he would call when he gets back to the office.They close at 4:00. he called at almost 5:00 and said they could come at lunch time the following day, that they would call before coming. I said that would be fine. No one showed up. He called at almost 6:00 pm, didn't apologize or mention anything about them not coming that day. He just said if someone can be there first thing in the morning, we can be out there. I told him that they were supposed to be here at lunch time and no one showed all day and no one called so I went ahead and called another plumber to do the job.

+ 0 moreKitchen sink was clogged. I spent hours using professional strength draining chemicals and plunging to get the sink to drain. After 24 hours, I decided to find a plumber on Angie's list. I went with Aucoin because it was second on the list for most positive reports. However, it did not have comments about high prices like the 1st on the list. I'm very glad I did. Aucoin's responded quickly, worked quickly, were friendly, professional and honest.
Description of Work: Kitchen sink was clogged. He tried plunging, located clog, snaked the line from the outside and voila! No more clog.

+ 0 moreCalled on a holiday after finding a leaky pipe inside of bathroom wall. Said they would come the following day after i returned from work. I called as soon as I got home and they were here within thirty minutes. Repaired the leak quickly without any problems. Very efficient.

Description of Work: called to have somone come by my home to give an estimate to change out bathtub fixtures... I called and they were going to have someone call me about setting up appointment. They did call and advised they would call again the next day to set up a time. Never heard from them again.

They were prompt and came whenever they said that they would come. I have been very satisfied with their services. Although it was a minor stuff, everything was very prompt and their price was very fair. I have used their services twice before of which one was a year ago.
Description of Work: I have used the services of Aucoin's Plumbing a month ago. They fixed the bathtub faucet in my house which was leaking very badly.

+ -1 moreBecause of the excellent service they provided in the past, I called for service to repair the leak. Within minutes I got a phone call back telling me someone was on the way. The water line was repaired in a timely and professional manner. Not only that, but the price was exceptionally reasonable for the amount of work that was done... not only to find the leak but to repairing it. JOB WELL DONE!

+ -1 moreFrom the initial phone call to the completion of the job everything was exceptional. l've used Aucoin's Plumbing three or four times for various jobs and each time I was extremely satisfied. My wife and I are teachers and we requested that they come in the afternoon when we got home and they were more than accommodating to our request. It just goes to show their professionalism and consideration for the "other" workforce". I HIGHLY recommend these professionals.
