+ -1 moreMy heater was blowing room temp air on both heat and cool settings. I had been told by another company's technician a week earlier that I had a bad thermostat, but the problem wasn't solved with a new thermostat. I called Arsement AC and Heating at the suggestion of a friend who was happy with them. I was very pleased with the service. The technician came the same day I called, identified the problem immediately and repaired it. As he diagnosed and worked on it, he told me exactly what was wrong, explained how a furnace works, and told me what he was doing to fix it. The drain was cleaned at my request. Thank you Donald and Steven, Arsement is my company of choice from now on!
