Description of Work: Asked for a quote to move a water heater. They were prompt and courteous. Their quote was reasonable for the amount of labor involved. We ended up doing the job ourselves, but I would definitely use them again.

Old toilet hookup (1977) and plumber knew exactly what was needed. We had a working toilet in less than an hour.
Description of Work: He re-installed the toilet after floor work. Parts were needed which he had on the truck.

Horrible.
Description of Work: This contractor replaced a hot water heater and charged me $495 dollars. The repair took two men approximately three hours and I paid the bill. A week later the hot water heater was defective and had to be replaced again. It took one man less than one hour and the bill was $495!! I tried to pay what I tought was more than reasonable ($200) but the offer was refused. He filed a suit for payment and we decided to go to court instead of being run over by this attorney. On the day of the trail my attorney's wife died of cancer and we missed the trail date (my attorney is also my brother). I ended up paying over $3000 to get the water heater changed the second time. This company will over charge and not even hesitate to take you to court. I quote form the owner after he turned down my $200 offer for his one man's, one hour of work was "You will pay the whole charge because I have a lawyer who knows how to collect anything I charge."
