ALAMO GLASS

Paid in September for broken sliding door glass replacement. They ordered the wrong glass. I can understand that does happen. Now we are in November and still getting the runaround.

The staff were very pleasant to work with and had great customer service. They had good communication throughout the process. Prices were reasonable. Overall, I was very pleased with their service and would use them again.

They make it promptly and were very pleasant people to work for.

Job did not go good ,they did over $200 in damages to my window frame glass all over the carpet and dirty water on the carpet from the window.When I called to tell them to say what their workers did Alamo Glass offered me $50 off.I said no I want it fixed still waiting never happened no one called e-mails went unanswered.The problem was I paid in full before the job was done so they didn't care they got my money and it's not enough to sue so don't use them not someone you can trust.I saved the best for last they were so rough with the bottom window removal they broke the seal on the top window now it as water in it

They did a good job, and they were very quick. Their price was very reaonsable, the cheapest of all the places I called in the area. Overall, the experience was everything that I, as a customer, needed. They also gave me advice on truck. I would definitely recommend them.

They were very professional and wasted no time in getting the job done. I had another quote from a different company that was four times the cost of what Alamo charged. It is good to know that there are still some honest companies out there.
