Air Source One

The coil is broken on the air conditioner and needs to be replaced. The invoice from when the air conditioner was installed clearly shows not only that the parts are under warranty, but also labor. They refused to honor the labor being under warranty. We have been using their competitor for regular maintenance because we were not pleased with the maintenance service they provided. I guess we will continue to use their competitor in the future.

Not good this time. I have utilized Air Source One for 20 years. Air Source One came to my house 6 Nov 20 for winter check which means service the furnace because my AC was serviced in May 20. Technician and trainee went up in my attic. I sat in my carport and poked my head up in attic to see what was going on while they were in attic. Heater was on, but no panels removed for inspection and 5 minutes later tech's asked me to switch to air conditioner. Tech's began working on AC sump pump in attic. Trainee came down from attic to check condensation exit pipe on outside of house. That was when I realized they were not working on heater. After that, tech's proceeded to service outside AC unit. The trainer tech spent half of the visit texting on his cell phone. I am aware of the cell phone usage because I made it a point to make face to face conversation every few minutes with the techs. The heater was the primary reason for the visit, but the tech was more interested in my AC. My heater did not receive the proper inspection. I am undecided at this time if I will hire again.

Went very well....they came out, cleaned and inspected outside unit and inside unit.

They are very good. We have a maintenance agreement with them when they come out. They also do the maintenance on it. I would recommend them to other people.
