Not well.

Acadiana Home Inspectors was very professional and courteous during my home inspection. When we first arrived it was great to see that Mr. Keith Blanchard had arrived early to the appointment time and had two chairs setup in our empty kitchen area for my wife and I to sit in while he was performing our inspection. As this was a new built home there was no furniture in it yet. Along with the chairs were a couple of bottles of water for each of us. Building and buying our first new home was very stressful and overwhelming at times. It was the little things like this that made us feel at ease. Mr. Keith Blanchard was very thorough during his inspection and very knowledgeable. I was able to get clear explanations to my questions and my concerns. Mr. Keith Blanchard even went the extra mile to explain to me how to make my house even more energy efficient than it already was. I walked into my new home inspection feeling very nervous not knowing what to expect. I walked out stress free and very confident that we made the right decision to use Acadiana Home Inspectors. Very thorough and professional. Mr. Blanchard offered suggestions for minor repairs and things to watch for that were outside the scope of the inspection. He also gave valuable advice on preparing our current home for market.

The inspection was fantastic. Inspected an older home so it took quite a while. Left no stone unturned so to speak. Received full report of the inspection the morning after the inspection. Included photos of the problem areas broken down by inside, outside, kitchen, attic, etc. Excellent work, would highly recommend.

His name is Keith Blanchard. He was really good. He was excellent. He was just going to do the swab test but he went over most of the house, which was way above and beyond what he was supposed to do. He was just super. I would definitely use him when we get ready to buy.
