Description of Work: I left a board standing in my garage door in such a way that when the garage door closed, the sensor didn't notice the board but the garage door sure did! It got knocked off the rails and some of the rails were slightly bent. I called Acadiana Garage Doors and ended up emailing some photos for them to take a look at so they could give me advice. Once they saw the photos and knew they could fix it, they came out that afternoon and took 30 minutes to put it back together and now it works better than before.

Exactly as promised. Job done within a few hours and all work excellent and clean up was complete. Instructions on operating remotes and manual opener along with settings was provided. Quality product with whisper quiet opener. VERY SATISFIED.

Description of Work: Garage door would not close in cold weather. Thought I might need a new door since this one is 20 (?) years old. Was prepared for that. Called and talked to company rep, very polite, and they sent someone out that day. Determined I only had a cracked sensor. Sent someone out later that day and when I tried to pay at time of service, he said they would bill me. I appreciate everything about this company.

Tension cables on my garage door opener had come off. I called Acadiana Garage Door Co. and they asked me a few questions and dispatched a technician for repairs. Equalizing spring had broken and they replaced it, also had the other one replaced as they are the same age.

Extrmemely professional crew. Knew what they were doing, had the old door out and rails/lift mechanism removed fairly quickly. Installation went fast, and crew did a great job of running wires and installing everything correctly. Also did a great job of cleaning the area up when done.
Description of Work: Tear out of old garage door, rails, and lift mechanism, replace with new Heritage 3000 with Sunray obscure glass on the top row and weatherseal. Also replaced the rails and installed a Liftmaster Security 3585 garage door opener and control pad.
