paid 7K up front to start job and after 72 days with NO toilet, NO shower, NO sink and the job only 25% complete Dennis Almeida owner ended the contract saying he could not finish the job. That is correct 72 days with no bathroom in the house. No permits were pulled and no inspections were done. Had to join a gym just to shower. Its was quoted 3 weeks or less, all materials were on site before job started. The plumbing subs (MPS Plumbing & Training/ Kevin Richard owner) work won't pass inspection and was done by the plumbers teenage son and is nothing shy of a joke. The electrical(Trahan electric comp/Keith Trahan owner) won't pass inspection, failed to run wires, vertically stacked outlets, wrong location for heater/vent, the outlets in the bath are somehow connected to the outside lights in the front of the house, etc. etc. The flooring(Fine Line Flooring/Ronnie and Jason Pilcher) after pointing out that the floor pattern was wrong, wrong color grout, and after cutting 2 cases of glass tiles wrong, left the job saying he "was stressed". But the most incompetent person was the carpenter(Rocky Pitre/Home enhancements) not a single wall or celling is plumb or lever, wrong opening and location form the barn door, no blocking, pock door rail slopes and he used screws that were too long, did 7K in damage to AC unit etc. etc. all contractors contacted after Dennis left would not touch the job unless both bathrooms were gutted. Electricians could not figure out what was done, plumbers just shook their heads, and tile layers just said no way. Dennis ended his contract 11/21/2016 and to this day the work is not complete the damage is too extensive and costly to repair.
