Wallace, the owner came to our home before Thanksgiving to repair our Edgestar 7 year old ice maker that stopped working. It has been a really good stand alone icemaker and is the only one in our kitchen. My husband paid him $360 to correct what he considered was the problem. We waited to hear it turn on and or make ice and it didn't. We called to let him know, he replied, that we may need another part and would order it. Two weeks from Christmas, still no part, 30 people in our home for Christmas- working out of ice chests. Then he said he would reimburse us the original two parts that didn't correct the problem. He never came back, and is now not answering phone calls. We now have an event in our home for this coming weekend and will be faced with more bagged ice and ice chests and still no ice maker nor word from him - did the part ever come in??? Did he even order it??? This is nothing that Butch Huff would have ever done. I am sorry that he is not carrying forward the reputation that we came to know and trust in Butch. As of today January 5, 2024- we still have no icemaker.

Great. Returned my call within the hour and had appointment for next day. Replaced a fuse and installed a thermostat for safety. Extremely nice. Would definitely call again.

Called at 10am, picked up the phone right away. Scheduled the repair at 4pm. Machine working perfectly by 5pm.

Performed service on Hoshizaki Ice Maker. Before serviceman came out I asked if he had worked on Hoshizaki before and was told yes. Serviceman Temporarily fixed it. I paid him 100.00 dollars. Less than 24 hours later it stopped working. When serviceman came back out he said he did not know how to fix it and had never worked on a Hoshizaki product before this one and I would have to call the Manufacturer. There was no refund or anything but a I am sorry and you ought to be glad that I did not charge you for coming back out.

Mr. Butch arrived within one hour of calling and left everything clean

He comes out every six months. I have been using him for at least 10 years. He does all the appliances. I spent under $100 the last time I used him. I use him all the time. I will use his services again in the future.

Helped to defrost and stayed to insure it was working. Very professional.

The service person arrived within the scheduled time. He was polite, friendly and professional. He did his job and the price was within the range that he stated on the phone when I called.
