+ 0 moreThe price of the hot water heater was already included in the first job he did for us. He was waiting on my son to get the hot water heater and then came out and installed it. What stands out is that he is very professional and the quality of work was good. I was very satisfied with him. The cost of the service was so, so. I did not mind paying as long as the quality of the work was okay. Of course, he had a license. Some of the other ones were a little cheaper but they did not have a license. We needed the license because coding was involved in order to get the permits to turn the utility on. He kept calling to ask when my son had the hot water heater. He kept in contact asking if my son had gotten it yet. His punctuality was good. He was there at the times he said he would be. Compared to the bad contractor I had gotten involved with, he presented his license, showed me that he was insured and was very professional. He came out and gave me an estimate and did the job.
