Chabreck Well Services

After 3 days of no water and attempting to fix or replace our pump on our own, it took Mr. Chabreck about 3 minutes to figure out what was wrong with the original pump and he was able to reinstall it. Super honest and stand up guy. He came out on a Saturday for us and had VERY reasonable pricing. We would ABSOLUTELY use him again.

I wouldn't call anyone else when I have a well problem.

Mr. Chabreck provided the kind of old fashioned personal service that is rarely seen these days. He and his assistant came to our house, looked over our system and explained in detail what he felt we needed to do. He explained what should be done soon and what could wait for later. He also described things we could do ourselves. He didn't try to sell us on things that weren't necessary. Then he said we could take our time to decide. A few days later we chose to do most of his suggestions, saving only one for later and called him back. He came promptly and did the repairs and service we requested while we were away and sent us a bill. We were very pleased with the quality of his work. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone in this area.

They made a point of coming out within a couple of hours to fix it. I spoke with the person who takes the calls for one of the plumbers and the plumber called me back about an hour later. He told me that if someone didn't show up, he would come out himself. However, the other guy did show up. They did not take advantage and they were honest.

On my first call I left my information and someone was to call me back, but I did not receive a call for several days. I will give them the benefit of the doubt since I did this during the Thanksgiving week. Monday after Thanksgiving I called again and this time George (I believe one of the owners) said he would have his brother Steve call me by the next morning. Steve actually called me later that day and scheduled a meeting to review what needed to me done the next morning. Steve showed up promptly and was very pleasant and took time to tell me what was causing my problems. He quoted me a price on the spot and scheduled a time to have the work completed that fit my schedule. The worker that showed up to actually do the work was also on time and was pleasant to work with. All work was completed to my satisfaction. I do believe the job took more time than they originally anticipated but they stuck with the price they quoted me.
