Description of Work: Did not seem interested in doing the work, referred me to someone else who didn't even return my call. My refrigerator was out and I ended up loosing all the food in it because of the time it took to find a repairman to come between Christmas and New Years. Our local sears gave me a name of a guy I called he came immediately and did the work. Great price and professional!

+ -1 moreMr. Songy came to the house and went through all appliances. Got what we needed running so we could function and while here did evaluated all in house with write up for the insurance.
Description of Work: After flooding in home, needed to get at least one fridge running, and freezer. Mr. Songy was prompt and got the job done. He even offered to look at all appliances and write a report on damages to them from flood. When Flood Adjuster showed up I had all paperwork done on the items. This saved time with the paper work. Mr. Songy was able to get the fridge running, which gave us a place to keep things until the house can be fixed and a new unit purchased. I have used this firm for a number of years and have never been disappointed. They are honest in their evaluation, and if a unit is not worth fixing they tell you.

Description of Work: House call to check out my freezer that went out during hurrican Issac. Found it to be a compassitor and not the compressor saved us from having to buy new freezer.
