Horrible! You should not hire this company for any reason. We hired them to do our yearly HVAC maintenance, which they refused to do without a "diagnostic test." They found numerous problems, which they insisted needed urgent repair, and that the unit would not last the season. We were dubious, since we had the unit professionally inspected a year prior and found no problems. The repairs came to nearly $2000. We hired AireServ for a second opinion. They inspected the unit and found no problems or concerns (and were less expensive), and they actually did the necessary cleaning and maintenance. This company tries to rope you into their "service plan." Buyer beware.

The service tech told me that the AC compressor was shot and gave me a $4,300 quote to replace it. He charged a $88 diagnostic fee. I told him that the price was high and I would need to get another quote if I was going to be spending that much. I called another AC company and they came out and within 5 minutes they found a loose wire on the compressor and fixed it. The system is working perfectly since the repair. I don't know if this was incompetence, or terrible morals and ethics that this service tech had. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!

Was having problems with central AC that is less than 2 years old. Saw commercial on TV and called Keefe's. Service tech was prompt. Once here there was an $88 service call, then wanted $212 to check system to find problem, and then would give estimates to fix after that $300 was paid. I paid the $88 with check and had to show my driver's license to verify identify and DOB. I called another company who came promptly, found the problem (it was under warranty) and fixed the issue for a reasonable price.
