It went terrible. First visit it was told to me the leak was fixed. Then I found out they added a stop leak to my charge. It did not work. Second call they said the coil was bad. Changed the coil and charged me to modify the supply Plenum. Plenum was not modified. Couple of days later the unit was off. Found the pan full of water and off on safety switch. Third visit they hooked up the drain to the emergency pan which they disconnected. Couple of days we see a Water Stain on the ceiling. Went in the attic to find water in my supply Plenum leaking down onto the ceiling. I investigated the new coil to find they did not install a Baffle. They came out and told me the coil was installed backwards and they corrected it. I found the PVC Drain broken and asked them to fix it. I was told they would have someone come out and fix the stain in my ceiling. Never happened. More calls and still nothing happened. Had to fix the ceiling myself. Called the Warranty group to inform them about the problems I had and they told me I had to take it up with the contractor. Since then noting but problems with the unit. Would not use them at all.

They didn't call to set up an appointment as my warranty company said they would. When I called, I was told they couldn't come out until 3 days later.

It went great. They came to my house and was very professional. As soon as they came over they were very friendly and well mannered. They got the job done and picked up anything that was left out. The Montz Company will get my business for now on.
