Business does not exist at that location. Does not return calls nor finish work that was started. Nice service tech came and diagnosed a fault in an HVAC system they installed. Said it was under warranty and they would get the part and come back to complete the job and get paid. Nobody came back. Nobody came to schedule. Nobody responded to dozens of voicemails in early December. Maybe 5% of phone calls were answered and even then they were combative and nasty and unprofessional.
Description of Work: HVAC they installed had a fault and heat didn't work. A tech came out to identify the issue was covered under parts warranty. However they never called to schedule a follow up. They never returned phone calls. The one time someone actually answered my dozen follow up calls was a nasty lady (the owner I believe) who was completely unprofessional and didn't care my kids were getting nose bleeds due to non-working heat in early December.

Superior Aire installed a complete new HVAC system for me in 2010. This is the second time I have called Superior Aire, for unrelated problems, in the last 3 months. Both times they sent the same technician, Desiree, and the problems were diagnosed quickly and the necessary work was done very professionally. In both cases they were able to send a technician the day after I requested service. Very pleased with the service received.

They completed the service; it was professional and everything. My interaction with them was fine. They were professional. The work they did turned out good. What they could do to improve in the future is probably just making sure that they are sizing and allocating the units correctly.

Superior Aire sent out a technician the same day I called. They let me know when he was on his way. The technician was very polite, courteous, and professional. He tested the induced draft fan and pressure switch on the unit and found them to be working properly. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a dirty exhaust stack. This was the "cheapest" source of the problem. He cleaned the debris out of the exhaust stack and the heater started working properly again. I have not had any further problems with the unit. The technician also noticed that the burner was dirty. He removed the burner and cleaned and reinstalled. I have used Superior Aire for both heater and air conditioner repair and installation. They have always provided excellent service at a reasonalble price.
Description of Work: My gas fired heater was not working correctly. It was making noise and the flame kept going out every few seconds.

Four years ago, Superior aire replaced my HVAC system and provided satisfactory service. Now, the lack of a response from the company to an emergency service request on a hot day in August is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never call this company again.
Description of Work: My A/C stopped working on a Saturday evening and I called superior aire. Provider stated that they provide 24/7 emergency service and the dispatcher stated she would give my service request to the on-call technician. The technician failed to contact me even after I called the dispatcher 2 more times.

AC tech came out on Sat, diagnosed AC as being "frozen up". I was told that nothing could be done for the weekend, but someone will contact me Mon morning to schedule a service call. Mon came, I waited until 3:00, then called the company. They said that they wouldn't be able to send someone out until Wed, maybe Thur. I told them I had no air at all. They suggested I call someone else. This company put in my indoor and outside unit in 2006, and showing loyalty, I have used them from time to time for the typical service calls. I feel abandoned that they were not concerned that it was summer in New Orleans and what health issues could arise from lack of AC. I will not be using them again, Loyalty is broken. I took their office asst's suggestion and called someone else, one of Angie's List A rated companies, and they were able to come out first thing Tues morning. I was up and running within an hour.

After the units were installed I kept complaining that the units were not cooling and must have been sized incorrectly. Owner came out and said if we put insulation in the attic and finished the renovations then they would work properly, promising if they did not then he would replace them for a bigger unit. Even wrote down his promise on a piece of paper. Units still do not work and after several weeks of calls and complaining agreed to put in a bigger unit outside and not the attic at my expense. After talking to several a/c people said that it will not solve the problem I am only giving them more money. Owner will not return my calls. Will not give me the load calculation used to determine the size. I
