Description of Work: Roof inspections: At our request, examined my mother's roof[1995 or so] in Metairie for wear, given the hurricanes and storms so far. He climbed up, took pictures of minor "tab corner" problems, and pictures of the flat roof at the peak of the shingled surfaces. He thought all was in good condition, given its age, and had 4-7 more years of live, depending on what major storms may do. Very courteous, on time, willing to explain and in detail. No Charge either, for "just checking." [Others had an examination fee option].
