As I live in an area with tremendous subsidence and sinkage, I require delivery of large quantities of soil over a long period of time. Sand'n Soil has consistently delivered good quality Bonnet Carre Spillway soil in the amounts needed, at very reasonable prices the day after I order it. They confirm orders, call before they come, and very efficient.

It went well. I wanted dirt vs. sand and they have great dirt. I asked for a recommendation on someone who could work and spread the dirt and the ower (Silas) was very helpful in getting me the help I needed. Dirt was delivered on time. All expectations met.

The person I spoke with was polite, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Helped me with a few calculations to determine how much I needed, steered me to a sale they were having on an amount just slightly more than I needed (good thing, it gave me more for another project I had on the back-burner), and charged me in a very timely manner. The truck delivered the soil 4 hours later, and it was effortless. Truck showed up, backed up in a very tight fit with parked vehicles on the street, dumped and left all in about 5 minutes. Most efficient construction company I've ever hired. Will definitely use again!
