I dropped my car off to RPM the other day for front brakes. I told them i had been quoted a really high price to have brakes done at two different shops and had been given estimates for needing different things at both shops. I later received a call explaining what I really needed. They explained that the rotors didn't need to be replaced but only needed to be machined, which is included in price there, which I was quoted an up charge at one of the other shops. They also explained that my rear brakes did not need to be done, but only cleaned and adjusted!!!!!!! They even went above and beyond and checked my check engine light for me, which both shops said they would check, for about $100 at each shop. Turns out it was just a loose gas cap, and now the light is out. After its all said and done, my car was repaired for about $350 less than the other shops quoted, and my check engine light is now gone as well. Would I return? Absolutely, I am now a customer for life. Would I recommend to friends? Absolutely. Very Friendly and courteous staff. Very well maintained customer waiting area. I feel like I'm at home there, not like I am in a shop. Just a very professional shop from top to bottom
