This company came to my residence to begin a termite contact and pest control treatment. During the annual renewal period, and after several calls to this company, and even though it is the peak of the season for swarming termites, this company has placed my renewal service on the back burner for weeks. They have failed to fulfilled their part in this obligation. I would never recommend this company to anyone for any service.

Concerned about a potentially seroious termite infestation, I purchased the Angie's List promotion for the local family-owned Roach Busters' termite prevention treatment for one year at $424.00. The next day, Bill called, and we made an appointment; he and his son Sean were at my residence within a few hours discussing my concerns in detail and examining my property. I purchased additional coverage for fences, shed, and walls in the amount of $300, bringing the total to $724. But there was too much stormy weather for them to begin the job that week, so we stayed in touch by phone while waiting for a more conducive day weather-wise to schedule the Termidor treatment. Within 9 days of the initial promotion purchase, the son Sean completed a thorough treatment around my house in approximately 2 and 3/4 hours, masterfully performing a more thorough job at a better price than previous termite contracts. I'm happy with the expert, professional, and friendly service Roach Busters provides. I plan to renew the contract for next year at their reasonable price (which is also a more reasonable contract renewal price than previous national firms I've dealt with). I highly recommend Roach Busters.

Very efficient, very effective, very professional. Took less than an hour. Willing to help move furniture & work around some areas of the house that had a bit of clutter piled up -- don't judge ;) Had it done on my side as well as my tenant's side of my shotgun house when the neighbor's bug problem began to be my problem, and this definitely helped a ton! I plan on hiring them for a monthly contract when it gets warm again and the critters come back out.

Mr. Bill was professional from start to finish. After purchasing the extermination service, Mr. Bill called me and the appointment was set up with ease. He arrived early and immediately proceeded with the interior and exterior extermination of pesky insect. The next day, I saw some dead insect, so I know the product he used worked. I also thought his price was very reasonable and I have already told friends about Mr. Bill. We will definitely use his great service again .

Service man had pleasant, professional attitude. He showed up 10 minutes early, did a thorough and careful termite inspection which included getting down on his hands and knees to check the bathroom trap. He also sprayed the interior and exterior of the home for ants (which we'd been having a good bit of trouble with) and other pests and gave me good advice on future treatment control options. He took a good bit of time to do everything correctly. All this for $55! I was embarrassed to pay so little. I will definitely use this provider in future.

Arrived close to on time. Spayed under sinks and around exterior. Those big cockroaches are STILL dying everyday. They will return every 3 months for the same price. ;-)

Great service. Professional and courteous. Always arrive on time and on a regular basis. Receive termite protection once per year, and pest control throughout the year, approximately every three months. All services are warranted.

I have used Roach Busters since I bought my house in 2008. I also had 2 rental properties (sold this year due to health reasons) that they faithfully serviced (quarterly spraying as well as annual termite inspection. The price was great. The service was great. They were always there when I needed them.professional, kind and courteous. Did not gouge my wallet. No one likes to spend money that they can't see the benefits from immediately. No one ever wants see bugs either. I recomend them because there effective.The new owners of my rental properties use them too.i say "try them, you'll be glad you did". Ron Reece
