With all the rain, I had to keep rescheduling, which Bill was very accommodating. Finally, the rain stopped and Bill & his son show up (Father and Son business). Bill had to leave unexpectedly but his son worked all day. His father taught him well as his son was hard working, professional and courteous. In summation, Great service and a great price, very friendly and professional.

It went very well and they were very thorough. My only suggestive feedback is in regards to the scheduling aspect of the service through Angies List and not necessarily the service provider themselves. I was asked to provide times but nobody got in touch with me. I ended up having to reach and contact them. They were very responsive once I called. I am not sure how the process works once you submit the times to Angies List but I had to follow-up myself. Not a big deal for me and I would absolutely recommend to other users.

We are under contract so this service was zero. I've never had a problem with them. If I call them, they are there. I've priced other companies and they are within reason. Everyone is genuine and kind. They are thorough about what they are explaining what they are going to do, especially with the termite treatment. I don't have anything bad to say.

For the 4th time it took him a while, I want to say it took him a month.

He's like oh! that's great! It's really important to me that I do very well for anybody from Angie's list. From the beginning his quote for termites was like $450 or something, and then he was offered a coupon on Angie's list, and then he said you know, when he gets to my house, and does the whole job. He's like oh I'm sorry I don't accept that coupon. I'm like okay! But we thought he did a good job, so we went ahead and paid him and then we started using him for like spiders, like that kind of spraying around the house, not termites, but the other spraying. Which is all brand new to us, we came from Southern California where there aren't any insects, so having somebody regular scheduled to come is very new to us. He's a very nice man, but horrible service, the product was horrible, I got bit by a spider, within probably three weeks of him being here, I was sent to the emergency room. So I called him back out, he would need to spray again, and he charged me a whole another service again. Then my husband was bit about three, four weeks later, and nothing ever bites my husband, so he said okay I'll come back out, but you know I have to charge you again. It was terrible! I'm like okay, Angie's list needs to know this, but I'm quiet more that I'm outspoken so, I let it go. But we really should put something, he was horrible. We had him come the first time, the beginning of May, then he came back out again the beginning of June, then he came back out again, I want to say the end of June, he was here four times, I think he came twice in June, because of termites for one thing, and then the bug spray, was like May first or second, before we moved in to the house. So I has him do the whole entire house when it was empty, and then he did the termites, his son did it, I want to say like May 3rd or 4th, then we had him come back out, because I got bit and sent to the emergency room, you know he's sure I'll come back out and then he charged me another, I think he charged me $200 the first time, and then $100.00 the second time, and then he was going to charge me another $100.00 the third time, and I'm like okay, this is ridiculous, the service is supposed to last, three months. So I said I'm not going to pay you, I think you should just come out and spray for free, that's what I think, and he said well I disagree with you, so either, you come out and pay or I'm not going to come out. I was really surprised because when he was here, he was so, you know, Louisiana, he was like hi! How are you? Wow! you guys are Californians, I mean he was so engaging, and polite. He kept charging me more money, that's why, if I just paid the initial fee, it wasn't that bad of a price, but the fact that I had to keep paying him, that's what bothers me. The product was definitely an F, I thought he was very nice, that's why I didn't want to give him an F as an overall rating, he was a very nice man, I just don't think they're either are not spraying in the right areas, or it's not the right product for where I live. That's what I kept saying, because the fact that you've come twice, and I was bitten in the emergency room, and my husband was bitten, and nothing ever bites my husband, it was just a red little thing on his hand and it went away, because I'm definitely allergic, well not definitely but almost, I was in the emergency room. So were obviously not spraying in the right areas, or the product isn't good, I was like he was such a nice man though. He's very responsive, he didn't tell me he wasn't going to accept your coupon until he got here, I mean when I talked to him on the phone and when he was here, he was lively, I would have given him an A, but right as he was leaving he was like oh no I don't take what Angie's list coupon, so I had to pay him more, and write a new check, overall I thought it was really rude. I really liked him the first time he was here, I was fond of him.

They arrived on time and did exactly what they said they'd do. And were very professional and courteous. And they stayed in constant contact before and after the job was done. I would definitely hire again

The professional arrived on time and did a comprehensive examination of our house. He was honest and told us that our termite issues were caused by subterranean termites and not dry-wood termites. Since we already had a termite contract with another company for treatment of subterranean termites, we did not need additional services.

They were very professional and upfront that the issue appeared to have been addressed by our other termite contractor.

At first there was some confusion on my part. I responded to an Angie's List special offer with this company. That offer was for termite baiting with traps and not the traditional trenching and liquid treatment that I was looking for. The owner was very courteous and offered me a refund, even though it was really my mistake. Since they were already at my house, they applied what I had already paid for the baiting system, and upgraded me to the treatment that I really wanted. They even gave me $100 off the service since I was a new customer. The owner's son Sean, who did the treatment, was a super nice guy and very professional. I would absolutely use this company again!

To attempt to solve our flea problem, we decided to hire William Snell (“Bill”) dba “Roach Busters” based on the large amount of positive reviews here. After things went horribly wrong: 1. He quit the job, 2. He kept our money, and 3. He threatened to retaliate against us personally if we were to file a complaint against him. He said, “Do what you have to, but you’ll be sorry!” Then, when asked how he was planning to retaliate, he said, “You’re going to find out! Don’t worry; you’re going to find out!” His threats sounded both VIOLENT and serious. Frightened for the safety of our family, we filed a report with our neighborhood private security service, who informed us they will get the NOPD involved if Bill does any other acts in furtherance of his threats. We realize that putting a negative review here might put our safety in jeopardy, but we don’t think it’s right for a company to only have positive reviews and try to silence negative ones by threatening customers. It is reprehensible. This all happened after Roach Busters did an astonishingly poor job, carelessly damaged our property (requiring professional cleaning to remedy), refused to finish the job, and refused to refund any of the money (paid in advance). Threatening us personally was icing on the cake. When they first came out, they did a rush-job, commenting when they finished the appointment that they completed the large house in record time. The owner has been in this business for thirty years, so setting such a record now was suspect. As it turned out, they cut corners and did a terrible job. They did not cover all areas adequately. They put granular poison outside intended to soak into the ground, but due to the drought, and their failure to water it (or instruct us to do so), much of it blew away. On top of that, in their haste, they oversprayed when spraying under a valuable settee, causing hundreds of poison droplets to be deposited on the velvet upholstery. After some reluctance, and blaming us for having nice furniture, they finally agreed to have the settee professionally cleaned. While this seems nice at first, they ended up using this later as grounds for not giving a refund. The fleas returned a couple of weeks later, and they came back to do another rushed and greatly inferior treatment, as further evidenced by the fact that one week later, the fleas multiplied with a vengeance — there were thousands of them, and all of us in the house, including our two-year-old daughter, were bitten from head to toe. We called them back to ask them to treat areas they had missed and/or retreat areas that were treated insufficiently. At first, they didn’t return phone calls. Then they texted us saying they were no longer willing to complete the job and that we should contact another company. Finally, we got in touch with Bill on the phone who explained that he already had too much money tied up in the job due to the cleaning bill (to repair damage they caused!) and that he was not willing to finish the treatment and was not willing to offer any sort of refund. He was then informed that the only recourse would be for us to dispute the charge and file a complaint. His response was to threaten us personally as described above. We now fear for our safety and have gotten the authorities involved. What a nightmare!

It turned out very well. I was very pleased. They came out shortly after I purchased the deal. They did a very good job.

Excellent and they have promptly followed up each year since. In fact they just called for my upcoming renewal.

great! didn't realize that the deal didn't include the smaller coach roaches and I would have to pay extra. I see why they had to charge more as he went through the whole house doing But they did a great job and got rid of all the coach roaches. Now 3 months out, still not roaches.

The service was really good. They did a good job. They were professional. I think my only complaint was that there were fine prints about the Big Deal purchase for unraised house. So when they came out, they said that my house is raised and there is an extra $200. So, I was a little disappointed. I think it was kind of misleading since most of the houses in this area are on piers. Other than that, they did a good job. I paid $424 for the Big Deal purchase and the final total came to $900. It was significantly high. They were responsive and they were on time.
