Richard Construction did a fantastic job installing a 12'x16' concrete slab for a shed as well as removing and re-pouring concrete porch steps and sidewalk. Did not do what they where supposed to do . Rock is showing through cement. Nails left behind causing flat tires, cement chunks left everywhere , dirt everywhere and did not do the work that was verbally contracted to do. They do not write a written contract. Did not think had to do that after showing the project manager what you want and verbally agreed upon.

Very professional. Job was completed in a timely manner, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The team was knowledgeable, and they informed me of every step taking place on our project.

Richard Construction formed, poured and finished about 2300 square feet of driveway for me. Michael was very professional from start to finish and very helpful. Great, respectful crew! After frame was complete, unfortunately I wasn t satisfied with the outcome (my poor design). Notified the superintendent and he passed along to the guy to move it. Without any issue framing was moved to my liking. Crew left ZERO mess behind. Even filled in so low spots with the dirt they pulled up in my backyard. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Perfectionist starting with Mike, supervisor very accommodating. The workers actually take PRIDE in their work . Polite, quiet focused on their job. BEST experience one could hope for with such a project. This was a 1242 square foot driveway, it s beautiful!
