Owner showed up to give a free written estimate. Went up in attic to find source of roof leak. Very thorough description of work to be done was on the estimate. Subcontractors actually did the work. After the next hard blowing rain, I'll know whether the leak was taken care of completely. One year warranty on work.

Progressive was easy to deal with, showed up on time. I hired them right after the estimate which was on a Thursday. I asked Bill how soon could they come out and do the work and he said Saturday. I was surprised by this. But on Saturday he showed up promptly and did the work. True customer service.

Bill showed up on time in spite of a heavy morning rain. He inspected my entire roof, found the leak around the chimney, and repaired it appropriately. He also repaired the flashing around 2 other vent pipes. The price was reasonable, and the job was professionally completed.

Was very thorough in his work, made sure the roof was repaired and sought out any conditions that could cause a problem in the future and corrected all right away. Good price, arrived on time, worked quickly and took time to show me the problems he found and how he corrected them.
