All went very good

Work was performed and completed according to contract. No issues at all with completion .

Seems that all went well, but I would like to wait about 3 months before I could say for sure.

Poor communications as not a single member of the subcontract roofing crew spoke English. Project manager did not show up on location until my wife called to complain. They did not use ladder stand offs resulting in scratches and dents on my gutters at several spots. In one spot, it appears that the inside of the gutter was struck with a bladed object and nearly pierced through. In another place, a gutter support was stripped out. Dents at a few spots and scratches on several.

We were very pleased with Progressive Roofing. Dany, the estimator, came out on time and gave us a quote on our roof. She was very pleasant and did an amazing job. Our roof looks so nice I have people stop by asking who did our roof. That is how good it looks. I definitely recommend Progressive Roofing!!!

We had a couple of hiccups in communication thanks to COVID and the constant rain but the workmen were great and did a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend Progressive.

Overall, I thought the job was fantastic. Even though I happened to be home that day, the contractor's estimator and worker emailed me with 'update photos' of the work in progress. If I had any questions, which I didn't, even if I had been away from the house that day, I knew what was going on with the job as they moved forward. If I remember correctly, the estimator's name was Dany....and she was not only very personable, but very thorough in her evaluation as well as her detailed explanation of what needed to be done and how they planned to do it. The photo I included was taken as the workers were 'torching down' and sealing the tarpaper when the job was almost complete. All new and no more leaks!!!

Courtesy, professional, punctual and timely. Excellent service. Very satisfied with overall performance and quality of work. I definitely would recommend their service to others.

Progressive has replaced 3 roofs for me now on separate properties, all types. They are quick, efficient, and the best price in town. From the start to speaking with Lisa, to having Christen Matise come out and look at the job. They are professional and such a pleasure to deal with, can answer any question and will tell you all your options so you don’t pay a fortune for something you may not need. They do a great clean job and they actually come out as well when they tell you there are!! Which is a such a relief these days. Any jobs I need done in the future they will be the first I call.
