I highly recommend Phipps Enterprises. Mr. Phipps helped us with a insurance fiasco. We had purchased a home, and within one week after closing, the insurance company demanded several changes to be made to the structure or we would lose our insurance coverage. We had a VERY tight timeline in which to complete the work, AND Hurricane Isaac blew through during the already tight schedule. He never delayed work once the weather improved. In addition, he held to his budget even when his costs ran higher. In addition to even that, he wrote the contract one way, but I interpreted it a different (legitimate) way. Because of the confusion, he charged us only for the materials for the additional task that I thought was originally included. He did not include labor or overhead in the additional work. All the men who came to the house were polite and friendly to both me and my children. They also cleaned up beautifully each evening. We have many more, non-urgent, tasks that we are planning to do in the future. I look forward to using Mr. Phipps and his team again.
