I ordered floors from company, being told that they would be in within 2 weeks, no later. I also expressed to them that I needed them BEFORE 2 weeks. However, a week later I go in to order carpet, and the sales rep decides that would be a good time to tell me that the floors are backordered. No one called me to tell me, no bothered to call me before placing the order either. In that week of thinking my tile would soon arrive, I purchased cabinets AND wood flooring, to perfectly match the tile from here. Due to their error and unprofessionalism, a snowball effect has now taken place. I now have to cancel the cabinets and flooring, or...search high and low for the same color scheme. I am back at square one with only a shorter amount of time to spare. Furthermore, they offered no way of and quot;fixingand quot; the situation other than to tell me I could pay them for their installation services since my contractor (who I have already paid) will be out of town until the next year. I will never order from this company again. Also, I would like to add- the same sales rep tried to pawn off FAKE bamboo floors for the real ones to me. Thank goodness my contractor was with me; she either lied or had no idea what she was talking about. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I will not be going back.

We had some sanding in the grout and we called them out one time and they came out here took care of it. Price was fair. We had no problems with them. They came out when they said they were going to and did the job. I did not any problems with responsiveness at all. They were always here when they were supposed to do. They did a good job. They came in and handled it like pros and got the job done and left.

The person who came out helped me make sure everything matched the house. I shopped around and they were the most helpful. They had the best price on the quality of the material I wanted.

Great. They were on time and completed the entire job in one day.
