 + 1 moreRepeatedly escalated quoted price. Said sand to fill in low spots around yard would be $500 but then charged $1200. Said pipes around pool needed to be replaced (after job was started) and first quote there was $11,000, but dropped it to $8,000 when I said I could fill in the pool and have lifetime membership to Elmwood for the whole neighborhood for that amount. Had pool pipes replaced by someone else for $3000. Finally had enough and severed our relationship after paying almost $17,000 for work that was less than 1/3 of the way done. Our experience speaks for itself.
Description of Work: Hired company to replaster pool, remove old concrete patio and pool deck, and install new pool deck and patio.
