Nola Appliance Repair (Nawlins Solutions LLC)

Obviously these reviews are a joke because there is no way Zack has ever performed 5 star work. He showed up gave me an estimate and collected a check for parts. Came back 3 weeks later broke another piece and left and has not come back, or answered phone calls. The 5 star reviews must have been submitted by him.

Came to residence on 10/17/2016, repaired the leak. Three weeks later ice maker maker began to leak again, only worse. According to the company website all work has a six month warranty. On 11/09/2016 I contacted the company and was informed the technician was out town, but scheduled to come out on 11/14. 11/14 no one showed, I again contacted the company, who claimed it was a scheduling error and rescheduled for 11/18. 11/18 no one showed. Since then I have left several messages with the company both by phone and email, no one was responded to my messages.

Zach was great. Our washer/dryer is located within a very small closet on an upper floor, making it difficult to access either. He had to take off one of the bifold doors to reach the washer, then later disconnect the gas line from the dryer because of its very short length, all while working in a very tight area. He had to empty both his wet vac and regular vac twice due to the amount of standing water in washer and accumulated dust, lint, etc in dryer. He even vacuumed behind both appliances as this area can not be vacuumed regularly without moving the appliances. While the dryer was apart and open, he greased the internal bearings. This was not what I would consider a quick fix. Zach was professional, patient, and very competent. All the repairs were done in a timely manner. This is our second time using his services and I would HIGHLY recommend Zach and his company. His pricing is more than fair and he lets you know upfront what it is expected to cost. Both times using him, he has not increased that fee when the job was completed. A+++

Nawlins Solutions was great to work with, the ice maker in our kenmore refrigerator was out so they came to repair and the problem was actually more involved than we originally thought, so they had to come back out but didn't charge any extra and stayed to make sure that it was working correctly. Will definitely use them again.

After being stood up by Sears (no call no response) joined Angie's List to find a competent appliance repair company. I live two hours away and the problem was in a tenant's apartment. From the initial contact to the end this company was so professional and efficient. They called the tenant to schedule the appointment and contacted me, as the owner, every step of the way. From start to finish in less than 48 hours problem was solved.

I called Zach in the morning after I unplugged and re-set my fridge and it was making a horrible noise. He fit me in to come out that very evening. After troubleshooting the problem over the phone, I gave him the model no, etc., so that he could bring the part out with him, that he thought could possibly be bad. He gave me a rough estimate of the total cost, which was very reasonable. That afternoon, he was kind enough to call me and tell me that the cost would be a little more (like $30 more) because the cost of the part was a little higher than he quoted. When I got home, that evening, the refrigerator was no longer making the noise and had reset from me unplugging it, and was cooling. I had Zach come out to test everything, to make sure all was good. He was so honest! He said that all looked well and that he didn't need to replace the part he had brought with him. He only charged me for the service call and said that it was good for 90 days. If I had problems again, and needed the part, he would not charge me for an additional service call, and would just replace the part. I cannot believe that I found this company! Zach was extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and reasonable in price. I highly recommend Nawlins Solutions for your appliance repair needs. This is definitely a company you can trust!
